Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to accelerate demand for its Cloud Intelligence business. The role is remote in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Sweden and Eastern Europe and focuses on digital acquisition and pipeline generation.

You will own paid acquisition strategy, manage budgets, and lead ABM programs, collaborating with global teams and external partners to optimize performance and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in high-growth technology companies.
• Strong background in B2B digital marketing and ABM.
• Experience launching and optimizing digital campaigns driving pipeline.
• Deep understanding of CPL, CAC, ROAS and pipeline efficiency.
• Proven experience managing marketing budgets over $1M annually.
• Experience managing agency relationships and external partners.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid digital acquisition strategy across key channels.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns to drive qualified leads and pipeline.
• Oversee paid media agency and freelancer relationships.
• Collaborate with agencies to hit lead targets and optimize performance.
• Lead the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program.
• Manage budgets with global/regional teams and MDFs with cloud providers.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to develop assets.
• Track and report paid ads and ABM performance weekly.
• Coordinate growth initiatives with marketing, sales and other teams.
