Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a people-oriented Sales Manager to guide and mentor high-performing, multilingual sales teams within the digital advertising ecosystem in Dublin. You will lead Inside Sales, Sales Account Managers, and Agency/Partner Managers to drive revenue across the full customer lifecycle.

The role requires data-driven decision making, strong leadership, and hands-on coaching to optimize CRM usage, forecasting, and pipeline management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with 1-2 years in a Sales Manager/Team Lead role.
• Experience building and coaching high-performing sales or account management teams.
• Experience with KPI forecasting, pipeline health, and performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; CRM experience (Salesforce).
• Multilingual capabilities beyond required language qualifications; Fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Inside Sales Representatives and Sales Account Managers to exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
• Set monthly and quarterly goals, manage performance against KPIs, and execute gap-to-goal plans.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, evaluations, and performance reviews.
• Onboard new hires and cultivate sales competencies through coaching, mentoring, simulations, and enablement programs.
• Analyze performance using CRM and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure CRM usage, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and adherence to SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and scalable solutions.
• Act as escalation point for complex customer and internal challenges.
