You will shape the insight agenda, partner with cross-functional teams, and build a best-in-class capability to drive measurable brand and commercial growth.

• Experience leading consumer insights and analytics programs.
• Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the research and insight strategy tied to growth.
• Lead quantitative and qualitative studies with agencies as needed.
• Define KPI/OKR frameworks and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Retail, Digital, and Finance teams on campaigns.
