Job summary

Airbnb in Ireland is seeking an accomplished recruiter to join our Global Foundation Recruiting team. You will own end-to-end recruitment for the CBO function and corporate roles, partnering with leaders across Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Finance, Legal, People, Marketing and Communications to build a diverse, high-performing workforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across revenue-generating and corporate functions.
• Experience in high-velocity, high-volume recruiting.
• Experience recruiting across international markets in EMEA.
• Proven ability to deliver a white-glove, high-touch candidate experience.
• Track record of identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional candidates in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for CBO and corporate roles across multiple geographies.
• Build pipelines for multiple requisitions and diverse top of funnel.
• Partner with talent partners, hiring managers, and finance to shape hiring strategy.
• Educate hiring managers on process, interviewing best practices, and decision making.
• Provide high-touch candidate experiences and engage candidates throughout interview processes.
• Accurately track data and report recruiting metrics to leadership.
• Find and engage top talent quickly in a fast-moving environment.
• Represent Airbnb with integrity and professionalism throughout the process.
