Job summary

The Panel in Dublin is seeking a senior Fund Accounting leader to own service delivery for a key client relationship, lead a talented team, and shape how the function evolves.

You will oversee the daily NAVs, act as the main client contact on KPIs, regulatory changes, and governance, and drive improvements across the function with a global organization known for innovation and growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' fund accounting experience in operations.
• 3+ years' hands-on experience with Enterprise Invest One.
• Knowledge of UK OEICs and/or Luxembourg SICAVs (a real plus).
• Proven people management experience, with a passion for developing others.
• Client-facing experience, including working with auditors and market data providers.
• A third-level degree, ideally in Accounting or Business.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to challenge the status quo.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the accurate and timely delivery of daily NAVs in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Acting as the main point of contact for the client on KPIs, new launches, regulatory change, escalations and service governance.
• Monitoring KPIs and ensuring client and internal deliverables meet policy and procedure.
• Leading change and improvement initiatives that support the wider business strategy.
• Managing, coaching and reviewing the performance of your direct reports.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders on process improvement and regulatory projects.
• Keeping senior management informed and ensuring key messages flow clearly to your team.
