Job summary

Redwood Recruitment Specialists in Dublin seeks an experienced Fund Accounting Manager to oversee a portfolio of funds and lead a team of fund accountants. The role focuses on delivering accurate NAV production and financial reporting with strong client interaction.

You will review NAVs and financial statements, manage workflow, and coordinate with auditors and investment managers to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience within fund accounting with previous team management or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of alternative investment funds including PE, Private Credit, Real Estate and/or Hedge Funds.
• Experience reviewing NAVs and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day fund accounting and NAV production across a portfolio of funds.
• Review NAV calculations, financial statements, reconciliations and investor reporting.
• Manage and develop a team of fund accountants, including workflow allocation and performance oversight.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, auditors, investment managers and other service providers.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
• Oversee fund launches, onboarding and changes to existing structures.
