ICON plc in Dublin is seeking a Senior Manager of Finance Business Partnering to guide financial strategy across large global portfolios. You will partner with senior leaders to align financial plans with business goals and help maximise profitability and efficiency.

The role involves leading financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting for VPs and the board, plus mentoring finance colleagues and driving continuous improvement in analytics and decision-support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial business partnering or senior finance management.
• Experience supporting complex, global organisations with strong FP&A capabilities.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Financial management of assigned large and complex global portfolios.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial goals with business strategy.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for VPs with insightful commentary and analysis.
• Partner with departments to ensure financial targets are met and performance is optimised.
• Act as SME on financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare presentations/reports for board, executives and stakeholders.
• Lead business case evaluations for new initiatives.
• Lead and mentor Finance colleagues to support performance and development.
