Job summary

Levy Ireland, a Compass Group company, seeks a Food and Beverage Manager for The Convention Centre Dublin to oversee daily bar operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. Qualifications

Proven experience as Food & Beverage or Bar Manager in high-volume events/hotels.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily bar/hospitality operations, ensuring efficiency and standards.
Lead, coach and develop bar staff, including scheduling rotas.
Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving enquiries and complaints.
Manage beverage inventory, stock rotation, ordering, and reconciliations.
Implement cost controls to minimise waste and maximise profitability.
Monitor bar sales, labour costs, budgets and overall financial performance.
Develop promotions, events and beverage menus to drive revenue growth.
Maintain high standards in cocktail preparation and beverage quality.
Ensure licensing, health & safety, hygiene and alcohol service compliance.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and oversee responsible alcohol service training.
