Alternatives (Ireland) is recruiting a Marketing & Communications Manager (Senior) to own product marketing, content and demand-generation campaigns for a fast-growing SaaS business in financial services. You will translate complex tech into compelling messages for international audiences, collaborating with Sales, Product and Global teams.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in marketing, product marketing or communications.
• Background in B2B SaaS/fintech or professional services is a plus.
• Excellent writing and storytelling for complex tech products.
• Experience delivering digital campaigns and demand generation.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital-led product marketing and go-to-market campaigns with positioning and launch plans.
• Create content across websites, email, social, blogs, white papers and case studies.
• Plan and deliver digital demand-generation and email campaigns with Sales and Digital Marketing.
• Develop sales enablement resources and product materials for commercial teams.
• Collaborate across the business to support global campaigns and initiatives.
• Support industry events, sponsorships and partnerships with consistent messaging.
• Use market research and campaign data to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Coordinate internal communications around product launches and updates.
• Work with senior stakeholders to align marketing with business priorities.
