Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Finance Manager to support the Innovative Medicine Manufacturing & Technical Operations. The role spans multiple locations including Cork, Ireland, with responsibilities across future-state finance processes, data and technology for the IM manufacturing network.

You will partner with finance and supply chain leaders to deliver advanced COGS analytics, drive standardization, and enable insightful operational and financial reporting for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• MBA, CPA, CMA or other financial certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent IMSC site finance in IMFT’s design and deployment of future-state process, data and technology solutions.
• Leverage expertise in accounting, manufacturing & financial systems to influence end state COGS analytics capabilities.
• Champion opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate.
• Recommend solutions that meet business requirements, scalable for sites.
• Provide assessment of change management requirements and implications for implementation plans.
• Partner with IMSC Finance Leadership and IMFT Finance leadership as liaison for milestones and CFO-level updates.
• Lead coordination across Innovative Medicine sites to provide finance perspective on business requirements and gaps.
• Facilitate connection with broader IMSC finance and other functions as needed.
