Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, IMO in Cork, Ireland, to support the Interdependency Management Office within the Transcend program. The role combines operational rigor with functional SAP-enabled supply chain expertise to assess dependencies, classify roadmap vs.

release work, and drive timely decisions. You will coordinate intake, triage, and governance across IM portfolios, engaging process owners and experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of demonstrated ability across supply chain operations, SAP-enabled processes or transformation.
• Experience with governance, reporting and interdependency management.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end Interdependency Intake, Triage and Functional Assessment across IM portfolios.
• Lead functional impact assessments with process owners and SMEs.
• Maintain IMO register, cadence, and scorecards; support governance forums.
• Identify opportunities to automate intake, routing and reporting (SharePoint, Power BI).
• Collaborate with Global Template, deployment leads and portfolio governance.
