RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Finance Executive to manage end-to-end finance functions, including AP/AR, payments, GL, fixed assets, and monthly close.

The role involves preparing financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to provide timely reports to management. Applicants should have 8+ years in finance, CA/CPA or equivalent, and strong knowledge of GST/tax compliance with ERP experience (Yardi, IFCA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• CA/CPA or equivalent professional certification.
• 8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or audit within real estate or related sectors.
• Proficiency in financial reporting standards, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, tax compliance, GST reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and GST reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Yardi, IFCA).

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable/receivable, payments, GL, fixed assets, Capex, and monthly closing for designated companies.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for timely reporting.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages, annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare GST returns and review corporate tax computation for statutory filing.
• Review XBRL and liaise with corporate secretary for annual filing.
• Reconcile bank statements, intercompany transactions, journals and schedules monthly.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents on audit and tax matters.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity and financial performance indicators.
