  • Construction Tax Ownership: Execute and oversee the verification, contract notification, and deduction returns for subcontractors via Relevant Contracts Tax (RCT) on ROS.
  • VAT & Statutory Filings: Ensure faultless application of the VAT Reverse Charge for construction services and fully manage all standard Irish Revenue submissions (VAT, Corporation Tax, PAYE/PRSI/USC).
  • Audit Readiness: Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, preparing full statutory accounts and maintaining a clean, auditable trial balance.
  • Support transition to move payroll and personnel administration to an external third-party provider.
