RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Finance Executive to manage core accounting functions, FP&A processes and tax compliance for property development and investment activities. You will oversee AP/AR, month-end closing and reporting, working with auditors and tax agents while supporting regional finance teams.

The role requires 8+ years in finance, real estate experience, and strong technical knowledge of GST/tax compliance, budgeting and forecasting, with experience in Yardi or IFCA.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant finance/accounting/audit experience.
• Experience in real estate or property development.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, GST and tax compliance.
• Experience with Yardi or IFCA is preferred.
• CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Manage AP, AR, payments, GL, fixed assets, CapEx and month-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Handle GST returns and review corporate tax computations.
• Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations, journals and supporting schedules.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and corporate secretarial team.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies.
• Support HQ and outsourced finance teams on reporting and AR/AP processes.
• Work with IT on finance system initiatives and other ad-hoc duties.

A leading regional property developer with a strong presence across Asia, the company is involved in property development and investment, with a portfolio spanning residential, commercial and integrated developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AP, AR, payments, GL, fixed assets, CapEx and month-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
