This senior leadership role oversees integrated facilities services on a large site, ensuring operational excellence, service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple service areas.

The role demands strong people leadership and strategic service delivery across catering, cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and admin functions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of integrated facilities services across a large site supporting thousands of employees and visitors.
• Oversee catering, cleaning, industrial cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and support services while maintaining the highest standards.
• Provide strong leadership to managers and supervisors, ensuring effective recruitment, training, engagement, and team development.
• Collaborate with senior management to implement business plans, improve service delivery, and promote accountability across departments.
• Manage budgets, payroll, profitability, and operational performance while ensuring contract KPIs and compliance targets are achieved.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for innovation, service improvement, and business growth.
• Ensure the successful delivery of the food service operation in line with all company, national, and international procedures.
