Job summary

Techrete Balbriggan is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead project teams across design, surveying, and construction, ensuring delivery safely, on time and within budget. You will drive planning, coordinate internal resources, and maintain client relationships through clear reporting.

The role requires a related Engineering/Construction/Architecture degree and 5+ years in project management, with experience in facades coordination and familiarity with 3D modelling tools.

Qualifications

• Related Engineering / Construction / Architecture Degree.
• 5+ years' experience in a project management role.
• Familiar with 3D modelling for coordination purposes.
• Experience in facades coordination is an advantage.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel & Microsoft Projects or Asta.

Responsibilities

• Leading project planning sessions and coordinating internal resources to achieve project targets.
• Overseeing a portfolio of projects.
• Maintaining regular and proactive involvement in every aspect of a project.
• Keep all departments including the client informed through reporting procedures.
• Managing relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
• Proactively manage the commercial performance and budgets with the project Quantity Surveyor.
