Techrete is seeking a Structural Design Engineer to join our facade design team in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin. You will contribute to designing architectural precast concrete facade systems and supporting fixings for flagship projects across Ireland and the UK.

You will work with client design teams and our in-house Production and Installation teams, developing concept and detail designs, preparing calculations, and reviewing drawings for production. Travel to meet sites may be required.

Qualificações

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in reinforced concrete and steel design.
• Experience with precast concrete industry is an advantage.
• Chartered Engineer path and in-house mentorship available.

Responsabilidades

• Design architectural precast concrete facade systems and fixings for flagship projects.
• Collaborate with client design teams to develop facade solutions.
• Coordinate with Production and Installation teams for manufacturability.
• Develop concept and detail designs for projects.
• Prepare calculations and review production drawings.
• Report to Senior Structural Engineer and work with experienced designers.
• Occasional travel between Ireland and UK for meetings and site inspections.
• Opportunity to develop engineering design and project management skills.
