Job summary

HubSpot is seeking a Senior Account Executive, Expansion to drive growth in the DACH region from Ireland or Germany. You’ll build your own pipeline, run end-to-end deals, and focus on Service Hub, Customer Agent, and Revenue Hub in mid-market accounts.

You’ll manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with IT, CS, and business leaders, translating technical value into business outcomes while thriving in a fast-evolving, change-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales with consistent quota attainment as an individual contributor.
• Fluency in German and English
• Proven, self-sourced pipeline generation through outbound prospecting.
• Top producer with a track record of closing and expanding business in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Build your own pipeline through multi-channel outbound prospecting into the install base.
• Own the full cycle and your number; carry an individual quota and close deals end-to-end.
• Run complex, multi-stakeholder cycles with leaders across CS, IT, and business buyers.
• Own discovery and solutioning; build business cases and drive consensus across buying committees.
• Translate technical value into business outcomes for technical and executive audiences.
