Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Fluency in English and German.
• HR/recruitment experience.
• Background in recruitment agency.
• Experience selling SaaS/IT solutions.
• Experience carrying a revenue target.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, forecasting, planning.
• Ability to gather and use data for decision making.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple business partners.
