We are seeking to appoint a Senior Executive Assistant (SEA), to the People Development Team, within Human Resources (HR). Reporting to the Head of People Development, the successful candidate will support and help to embed a number of key HR initiatives, enabling the achievement of the HR Department’s objectives in line with the University’s Strategic Plan. Key functions of this role include supporting the set up and roll out of a new Learning Management System (LMS); rolling out new development supports associated with the Competency Framework; co-ordinating career development supports and outputs from Training Needs Analysis and the Developmental Review Framework.
The successful candidate will also have responsibility for the administration and support of a range of learning and development services, such as co-ordinating and learning and development courses. The successful candidate will have the ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships, have a strong background in supporting IT system implementation. They will demonstrate a high level of organisational skills with an ability to deal with high volumes of converging activities.
Senior Executive Assistant (2026): €46, 675 – €57,970 p.a. (7 points)
Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
