Enable Ireland in Navan invites applications for an Administration Support Grade III on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role is 35 hours per week, based at CHO 8 Meath CDNT 5, Mullaghboy Ind Estate, Navan.
You will provide comprehensive administration support and front-of-house reception for the interdisciplinary team. The successful candidate will have a recognised Secretarial/Administration qualification or equivalent experience, at least two years in a busy office, strong Microsoft Office

We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Administration Support Grade III to join our team in CHO 8 Meath CDNT 5, Unit 13 Mullaghboy Ind Estate, Navan.
Contract Type: 12 month fixed term contract
Contract Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary Scale: €28,945 to €46,912 pro rata per annum pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI’s (Long Service Increments)
Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 days pro rata per annum.
Overview of the Post:
To work closely with members of the interdisciplinary team, other members of the administration team and other managers as appropriate, providing comprehensive administration support as required. Provision of efficient reception cover and will greet all visitors to the building making them feel comfortable and valued.
