Maynooth University Crèche is seeking an enthusiastic, reflective and experienced Early Years Educator, Quality and Curriculum Mentor to join our team. Operating from a modern, purpose-built Crèche on the North Campus, you will support high-quality pedagogical practice across the setting and work with educators to strengthen curriculum planning and reflective practice.

Reporting to the Crèche Manager, the role supports childcare and pre-school services for staff and students.

• Strengthen curriculum planning, assessment, reflective practice, pedagogical documentation, and quality improvement processes aligned with the principles of Aistear and Siólta Frameworks.

Maynooth University Crèche is now seeking an enthusiastic, reflective, and experienced Early Years Educator, Quality and Curriculum Mentor to join our team. Operating from a modern, purpose-built Crèche in the heart of our North Campus this role will support high-quality pedagogical practice across the setting. Reporting to the Crèche Manager, or her nominee, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with educators to strengthen curriculum planning, assessment, reflective practice, pedagogical documentation, and quality improvement processes aligned with the principles of Aistear and Siólta Frameworks.

This role will form part of a small team providing childcare and pre-school services to the children of both staff and students of Maynooth University. Established in 1977, we pride ourselves on offering excellent services in a welcoming atmosphere, and child centred setting.

Salary

Executive Assistant (2026): €32,855- €39,997 p.a. (6 points)

Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
