Job summary

Maynooth University is seeking an Academic Programmes Officer to coordinate and enhance postgraduate recruitment, admissions and programme development. We are seeking an Academic Programmes Officer to contribute to the administration, coordination and continuous enhancement of postgraduate recruitment, admissions and programme development activity. The post holder will take primary responsibility for the coordination and administration of Springboard+, Human Capital Initiative (HCI) funded programmes and Micro-Credential programmes, serving as a key liaison between academic departments, Registry and Admissions team. Reporting to the Senior Student Recruitment Manager (Postgraduate), the post holder will also contribute to the development University\'s academic portfolio through the provision of market intelligence and data analysis, as well as to the wider activities of the Postgraduate Recruitment Team.

Postgraduate recruitment is a key priority within the University’s Strategic Plan 2023–2028, and the role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact area with strong visibility across the institution.

Salary

Administrative Officer II (2026): €47,387 – €67,129 p.a. (9 points)

Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
