Codex Limited is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join on a part-time basis to support our CEO and Leadership Team. This high-trust, high-impact role combines discretion, structure, and strong communication to enhance executive effectiveness across the business.
Working closely with the CEO and reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will coordinate agendas, prepare board packs, manage action tracking, and support office operations and events in a hybrid, on-site environment.

Today, we employ over 90 team members nationwide, achieved annual turnover exceeding €32 million in 2025, and continue to pursue ambitious growth plans.
We are now seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join us on a part-time basis to support our CEO and Leadership Team. This is a high-trust, high-impact role designed to increase executive effectiveness while ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and professionally. Working closely with the CEO, you will act as a trusted partner, combining discretion, operational discipline, and excellent communication to deliver effective support across the business. While reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the role works in close partnership with the CEO and Leadership Team. This role will provide coordination support across the leadership team, however, the primary focus is supporting the CEO and enabling leadership effectiveness across the organisation. This role suits someone who enjoys bringing calm, clarity, and structure to a fast-moving leadership environment.
