Aramark Ireland is seeking an enthusiastic Event Sales Manager to partner with the Head of Sales in leading the reactive sales team at GUINNESS STOREHOUSE. The role centers on maintaining high standards of event coordination and achieving commercial targets across all spaces.

You'll coordinate events, manage diaries, forecast revenue, and nurture client relationships while collaborating with key stakeholders to maximize yield and retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in event management in Tourism/Hospitality.
• At least 2 years of team management.
• Commercially aware with ability to develop new business and maximise revenue.
• Strong knowledge of MICE markets.
• Excellent communication and planning skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate key events and liaise with departments at GUINNESS STOREHOUSE.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.
• Forecasting and reporting to monitor revenue and conversions.
• Develop and maintain client database with high accuracy.
• Support Head of Sales in proactive sales activities.
• Drive sales and customer retention with Head of Sales.
