Job summary

Guinness Storehouse invites applications for an Event Sales Manager to support the Head of Sales in leading the Reactive Sales Team. Base location is Guinness Storehouse, with responsibility for ensuring the team delivers exceptional event sales and coordination.

The successful candidate will contribute to reactive sales strategy, drive commercial targets, and foster strong relationships with Diageo, VIP clients, and Aramark Ireland, while maintaining a professional image for both Guinness

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in Event management in tourism/hospitality.
• At least 2 years’ team leadership/management experience.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to grow revenue and maximise yield.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events and liaise with all departments.
• Ensure team adheres to policies and maintains high service standards.
• Develop and maintain client database with accuracy.
• Forecast and monitor sales results and prepare reports.
