Job summary

Eventcomms Agency in Ireland is seeking a Senior Event Manager to take ownership of global corporate events from brief to final delivery and reconciliation.

You will lead client relationships, manage complex budgets with trusted partners, coordinate venues, hotels, DMCs and production teams, and oversee onsite operations. The role is hybrid, with remote work from our Dublin office and regular international travel.

Job description

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a global event and run with it.

From the first client brief to the final flight home, you will have the experience and confidence to lead the event, own the client relationship, make decisions and bring the right people together to make it happen.

We are Eventcomms Agency, a close-knit Irish team headquartered in Dublin, delivering global events for global clients.

This is a hybrid role. We work mostly remotely, with some time together in our Dublin office, alongside regular international travel for our events.

What You Will Own

You will lead complex corporate events from the first brief to final reconciliation, with one ultimate goal: a brilliant event and a client who wants to work with us again.

That means taking ownership of:

• Client relationships and senior stakeholder communication
• Event plans, timelines, budgets and commercial performance
• Venues, hotels, DMCs, production partners and suppliers
• Event logistics including accommodation, F&B, transfers, registration and offsites
• Event running orders, briefings, production run throughs and onsite operations
• Event risks, challenges and the inevitable curveballs
• Onsite teams, suppliers and partners
• Supporting colleagues and sharing your experience across the team
• Looking for smarter ways to work, including how technology and AI can improve our event planning, processes and client experience

You will have a close-knit team and trusted partners around you, but you will be comfortable taking the lead, making decisions and keeping everyone moving in the right direction.
