Job summary

Invoke Creative seeks a Senior Event Manager to lead high-end corporate, private and wedding events across Ireland and internationally. You will craft concepts, manage budgets, coordinate logistics and oversee on-site delivery with a focus on exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires a minimum of five years in event management, strong leadership and client-facing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with precision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in event management across premium corporate, private and wedding events.
• Ability to manage multiple events from concept through delivery.
• Expertise in budgeting, cost control and reconciliation.
• Strong negotiation skills with supplier networks in Ireland; international experience is a plus.
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with event management software.
• Proven leadership, communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of events across corporate, private and wedding clients.
• Develop concepts and formats with clients and Invoke team for on-brand experiences.
• Create detailed event plans, timelines and run-of-show documents.
• Oversee on-site production, from build to de-rig, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Manage post-event wrap-ups, debriefs and reconciliations.
• Act as primary client contact, present proposals and budgets.
• Plan weddings and milestone celebrations, including destination events.
• Source and manage venues, suppliers and contracts; negotiate best terms.
• Coordinate logistics including venue, catering, AV, transport, and safety.
• Stay ahead of trends and explore new suppliers and technologies.
