Job summary

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading sports and events venue in Ireland to recruit a commercially driven leader to head up sales and hospitality. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape revenue growth, guest experiences and event days.

You will manage commercial sales across event days, hospitality packages, memberships and other opportunities, lead a talented team, and foster strong client relationships while delivering outstanding experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management experience in sales, hospitality, events, sport, leisure or related sector.
• Proven track record of meeting and beating revenue targets.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Excellent communication, customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and hands-on experience with CRM systems.
• Great organisation and attention to detail.
• Energy, adaptability and flexibility to work event days, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by delivering annual sales and hospitality plans with the CEO and commercial team.
• Win and grow business by bringing in new clients and expanding existing accounts.
• Deliver a premium experience through hospitality and membership programmes and partners.
• Lead a team of Sales Executives, an Office Coordinator and event-day staff.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Catering to deliver great events and manage budgets and forecasts.
