Job summary

Carne Group in Dublin is seeking an ESG Risk professional to join the growing ESG Risk team. The role focuses on identifying and monitoring sustainability risks across funds and supporting SFDR disclosures.

Responsibilities include developing ESG frameworks, monitoring SFDR limits, and preparing reports for Fund Boards and committees. Collaboration with managers, administrators and auditors is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sustainability risk or SFDR within asset management or funds industry.
• Knowledge of asset classes and fund holdings files.
• Strong communication, analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and monitor sustainability risks across Carne's funds.
• Support onboarding with ESG and SFDR disclosures.
• Monitor SFDR limits for Article 8 and 9 funds and review disclosures.
• Develop and implement sustainability risk and SFDR frameworks.
• Stay abreast of ESG regulatory changes and update frameworks.
• Prepare internal/external reports for Committees and Fund Boards.
• Liaise with investment managers, administrators and auditors.
• Support client delivery and ESG-related business development.
• Assist with regulatory reporting on sustainability risk and SFDR.
• Provide training to strengthen team capability.
