Job summary

Ashby is seeking a High Touch Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end implementations for mid-market customers in a remote-first environment. You will manage a book of 15–20 active implementations lasting 8–10 weeks each, partnering with customers to ensure value and faster time-to-value.

Ideal candidates bring extensive SaaS implementation experience, strong project management, and the ability to work across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading implementation and onboarding projects in B2B SaaS.
• Able to manage 15–20 active implementations concurrently, each 8–10 weeks.
• Willingness to travel <10% for customer engagements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations for mid-market customers.
