Job summary

Ashby is seeking a Senior Strategic Implementation Specialist to join our remote-first Professional Services team within the Customer Success organization. You will work with enterprise customers to design and execute implementation plans that deliver value and enable a smooth start with Ashby.

In this role you will manage end-to-end deployments, coordinate cross-functional teams, handle change management, and advise on best practices to ensure successful adoption and long-term outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing complex implementation projects in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of configurable enterprise software and integrations.
• Excellent remote collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation for new customers in the Strategic/Enterprise segment.
• Develop and execute implementation plans to ensure value and expedited time to value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering and Operations.
• Guide customers through change management and best practices.
