Qualifications

• Significant experience leading engineering teams within a product-focused technology organization.
• Proven track record delivering complex products, platforms, or systems in fast-moving environments.
• Strong technical judgment and ability to participate in both engineering and product discussions.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and turn complex problems into actionable plans.
• Experience partnering with Product and Design to shape solutions, priorities, and product direction.
• Excellent communication skills across stakeholders and levels.
• Ownership mindset with a practical, execution-oriented leadership approach.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and modern engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear direction, coaching, and growth support for engineering teams.
• Partner with Product and Design from discovery to shape solutions that align with customer needs.
• Own delivery from problem definition to execution with clear priorities and dependencies.
• Plan realistically, track progress, and proactively manage risks for sustainable execution.
• Provide technical leadership across complex products and systems while staying close to the work.
• Maintain high standards for quality, scalability, reliability, and continuous delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve practices and collaboration across the organization.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance implementation, testing, and quality.
