Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Program Director: Coding Data to lead complex AI data programs from Ireland. This is a fully remote leadership role supporting major clients and high-impact technology initiatives.

You will own the execution of a substantial portfolio of projects, turning strategic objectives into reliable, high-quality production outcomes, and shepherd cross-functional teams including researchers, data scientists, ML engineers, and software engineers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting, delivery, data or related fields (Big 3 or top-tier consulting).
• 5+ years leading large, multi-disciplinary technology programs with multi-million budgets.
• Proven track record delivering AI, data, analytics, ML, or LLM-powered solutions to production.
• Hands-on software engineering or data science background; familiarity with Python, Java, ML systems.
• Ability to review code and contribute technically to architecture and design.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, governance, and success metrics for complex AI programs.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and technology initiatives (LLM-powered, intelligent automation, analytics).
• Ensure projects meet scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and commercial objectives.
• Translate business challenges into defined technical workstreams and delivery plans.
• Establish governance with cadences, steering committees, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with client researchers, executives, product leaders, data/engineering teams.
