Analytical mindset to diagnose and resolve complex issues quickly.

Responsibilities

Provide expert technical support for Dell PowerMax storage solutions via multiple channels.
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and configuration issues.
Perform root-cause analysis and drive timely resolutions for escalations.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to improve products and processes.
Act as a trusted advisor and maintain proactive customer engagement and knowledge sharing.
