Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Engineer to join our Network Tech Ops team in Cork, Ireland, or Raynham, MA. The role supports capacity expansion for the DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics franchise, delivering scalable, compliant manufacturing processes and knowledge transfer to site staff.

You will lead delivery, ensure QMS/compliance, collaborate on regulatory strategy, and travel up to 25% to partner sites. A competitive package and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial or related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Six Sigma, SE or A3 problem-solving methods.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage complex manufacturing projects and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of robust and developed orthopaedic implant manufacturing processes for Network Edge projects.
• Ensure activities follow QMS procedures and comply with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on technical, validation and regulatory strategies.
• Partner with Regulatory for filings, inspections, and registrations across sites and countries.
• Coordinate project plans with internal and external partners.
• Provide technical leadership and support EHS&S policies.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and knowledge transfer.
• Lead effective communication and stakeholder management within projects.
