Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA; required
• 5+ years in procurement with orthopaedics or healthcare exposure preferred
• Multi-country experience and cross-functional engagement
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy for Orthopaedics to deliver reliability, cost and quality.
• Own procurement activity with Business Partners and stakeholders across Supply Chain and R&D.
• Develop deep supplier relationships and drive supplier selection for new product development.
• Drive annual value improvements and GP optimization through data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with LT and senior leaders to align strategies and execution.
