Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Cork, Ireland, seeks a Graduate Operations Specialist to join the Operations Team in manufacturing products. You will work under a Team Lead/Value Stream Manager within the DePuy Synthes Graduate program, supporting Knees, Hips and shoulder markets and driving quality, growth and efficiency.

The role targets recent graduates (2026–2027) with a mechanical/manufacturing/ops degree, strong teamwork, problem solving and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Business Operations or similar operations, engineering or technology bachelor’s degree.
• Recent graduate (2026 or due to graduate in 2027).
• Ability to work well with a team and adapt to change.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in developing skills, abilities and career.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations team in the manufacturing of products to enhance safety, quality, service and growth.
• Work under the guidance of a Team Lead/Value Stream Manager while participating in the Graduate program.
• Contribute to projects across Knees, Hips and shoulder markets to support business growth.
