Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Senior Manager for Smart Energy Services in Santry, Dublin. The role leads a growing energy services business delivering energy management, efficiency, on-site generation and demand-side management with a focus on the Net Zero transition.

Reporting to the Head of Developing Businesses, you will drive strategy, commercial performance and customer engagement, while building a high-performing multi-disciplinary team in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in utilities, construction, energy infrastructure or related environment.
• Experience in Energy Services, ESCO, energy management or distributed generation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the business strategy for Smart Energy Services.
• Lead the commercial and operational performance of the business balancing financial performance and customer needs.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary team across engineering, project management, digital and commercial.
• Establish governance and risk management frameworks with agile delivery.
• Develop innovative solutions using data analytics and emerging technologies.
