Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager with deep Oracle HCM Core HR expertise to support our global People & Culture technology landscape. This role will be the primary HRIS lead for Ireland and will work with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and business leaders to ensure scalable processes and data integrity.

You will configure, test, and optimise Oracle HCM functionality across modules such as Recruiting, Absence Management, Talent, and Security, and lead country

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of HRIS experience with at least 3 years supporting Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong Oracle HCM Core HR functional expertise.
• Experience supporting Oracle HCM Recruiting and Absence Management.
• Experience leading system implementations and HR tech projects.
• Adherence to SDLC standards with governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Oracle HCM lead for Ireland and designated EMEA initiatives.
• Configure, maintain, test, and optimise Oracle HCM functionality.
• Collaborate with HRIS teams on Recruiting, Absence Management, Talent, Compensation, and Reporting.
• Lead requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment activities.
• Partner with global HRIS to deliver quarterly Oracle updates and improvements.
• Lead HRIS localisations for new country deployments and expansions.
