Stryker Ireland is seeking an experienced HR investigator to manage high-volume investigations across multiple countries and divisions. You will advise managers on employee relations matters, provide counsel to HRBPs, and support the integrity of the work environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of professional HR experience, with hybrid work flexibility and travel up to 20%. Ireland pay ranges are highlighted with transparency on compensation and benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from accredited university required.
• Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years professional experience required.
• Employee relations, investigations or business facing HR experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduсts HR investigations for a high-volume portfolio across multiple countries and divisions.
• Provides support on high level, complex cases as needed.
• Analyzes HR investigations and data trends to mitigate risk and support integrity.
• Responds to alleged violations by initiating investigation procedures with Legal and HR teams.
• Provides counsel to managers regarding employee relations matters and recommendations.
• Develops and delivers training to managers, employees and HRBPs.
• Coaches HRBPs on employee relations and work environment matters.
• Coordinates with compliance and legal on discipline for investigations.
• Reports high-level investigations results to stakeholders such as oversight committees.
• Maintains knowledge of current laws affecting the company work environment.
