Job summary

Kinaxis is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support the EMEA region in a fully remote role within Ireland. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, HRBP, Legal, and stakeholders, handling complex ER matters and ensuring compliance with local employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Employee Relations experience across multiple EMEA countries.
• Experience with Works Councils and employee representative bodies.
• Knowledge of employment legislation across EMEA jurisdictions.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex ER casework across EMEA, including investigations and terminations.
• Provide coaching to managers on HR policies and processes.
• Support managers in sensitive employee matters with compliant outcomes.
• Conduct thorough investigations into workplace concerns.
• Collaborate with Legal and HR partners on ER matters.
• Support organizational change initiatives in EMEA.
