Job summary

• Establishes and evolves RTI standards for EU Pay Directive implementation.
• Leads RTI intake, data collection, scrubbing and accuracy checks with local teams.
• Collaborates with HR Tech and external partners to ensure policy alignment.
• Owns service metrics, KPIs and annual reporting related to RTI processes.
• Maintains knowledge of local Equality Bodies and site implications.
