Uisce Éireann seeks an Employee Relations Manager to lead board-level ER/IR activity in a major national utility. You will advise senior leaders, manage complex industrial relations matters and coordinate investigations while driving organisational change in a regulated environment.

Hybrid working option available; you will collaborate with HR partners and unions to maintain industrial peace and ensure compliant, high-quality ER outcomes across the business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a senior industrial relations role within a large, unionised organisation.
• Relevant third level qualification or accreditation desirable.
• Experience engaging and negotiating with trade unions at senior level.
• Coaching and advising senior leaders on complex IR matters.
• Proven experience implementing organisational change while maintaining IR stability.
• Highly motivated with results at senior level.
• Excellent analytical skills for IR problems and solutions.
• Experience building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate complex information to varied audiences.
• Leadership and transformation experience in a similar scale organisation.
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing conditions.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across UÉ.
• Support the Transformation Programme and drive results while maintaining industrial peace.
• Manage and facilitate IR issues on behalf of Uisce Éireann.
• Analyse impact of ER/IR changes and support assessments.
• Present reports and advise on ER policies and practices.
• Assist Senior Manager with bargaining and issue resolution.
• Deliver ER/IR strategy consistently across functions.
• Develop relationships with managers to ensure policy adherence.
• Work with HR partners to embed ER/IR best practices.
• Report ER/IR developments and support implementation.
