Job summary

Suretank Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to lead pre-construction for modular power and control systems for global data centres, renewables, and industrial facilities.

You will prepare commercial and technical tender packages, develop accurate cost estimates, and advise clients on design options, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in electrical estimating and pre-construction, with experience in Data Centre, Renewables or Process industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed electrical & mechanical cost estimations for modular OSM projects for clients and contractors.
• Provide technical leadership and training to junior team members.
• Consult with clients on technical designs, recommending cost-effective solutions.
• Estimate material costs and labour Requirements aligning with budgets.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and procurement to verify costs and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of tenders, quotes and client interactions.
• Support pre-construction and conceptual designs for tender packages.
