Job summary

Arup in Dublin is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and delivery of electrical systems for building projects, from concept to commissioning.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with architects and other disciplines, and manage budgets and schedules to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of post-qualification design experience within a consultancy environment.
• Demonstrated experience in the design of Building Services Electrical systems.
• Proficiency in Revit.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of electrical systems for projects across various sectors, from initial concept through detailed design, installation, and commissioning.
• Develop innovative and sustainable electrical solutions, incorporating the latest technologies and best practices.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
• Collaborate with architects, clients, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project integration.
