Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• 4 or 5 years post-qualification experience in Building Services, most of which will be in design gained within a consultancy environment .
• Revit.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the design and contract documentation and specifications.
• Design Electrical services and installations for complex building services projects across various sectors (commercial, healthcare, education, etc.).
• Ensure that all design and documentation are prepared to the highest standards.
• Compile projects reports, and conceptual design studies.
• Liaise with supply chain and contractors to co-ordinate the successful delivery of the MEP installations.
