Qualifications

• A degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of Electrical Building Services Consultancy Design experience.
• Proficiency in Amtech and Relux/Dialux.
• Proven experience delivering detailed designs through the full design cycle.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
• Commercial sector knowledge.
• BIM experience is advantageous.

Senior Electrical Engineer is needed to join a well-established and progressive engineering mechanical and electrical consultancy in their Galway office. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful Electrical Engineer to lead a team of passionate and experienced engineers.

• Lead and manage Electrical Design on projects of all sizes, ensuring excellent client care.


• Oversee quality control and manage project costs across all Electrical Engineering projects.


• Supervise project teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organisation.


• Travel to client sites for meetings, surveys, training, etc.

Requirements

• The successful Electrical Engineer will have a degree qualification in Electrical Engineering


• 5+ years of Electrical Building Services Consultancy Design experience.


• Proficiency in Amtech, Relux/Dialux.


• Proven experience of delivering detailed designs through the full design cycle.


• Excel at working on several projects simultaneously and show the ability to prioritise and plan work.


• Commercial sector knowledge/experience.


• Building Information Modelling (BIM) experience will be advantageous.
