Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking to take the reins on high-profile projects while leading a team of top-tier talent? A prestigious multinational M&E Design Consultancy with offices across Ireland and the UK is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their Cork office.

The Role

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the Cork office. This is a leadership position where your technical expertise and project management skills will be instrumental in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You will:

1. Lead and manage a team of Electrical Engineers, providing guidance and mentoring
2. Oversee the electrical design and execution of projects from initial concept through to handover
3. Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and project teams to deliver outstanding results
4. Ensure projects adhere to industry standards, regulations, and client expectations
5. Support strategic planning and business development efforts

To be considered for this role, you should have:

1. Proven experience in a senior-level Electrical Engineering role within building services
2. Strong portfolio of work across Commercial, Residential, and/or Healthcare sectors
3. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
4. Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks
5. Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
