Job summary

EDC Engineering Design Consultants LTD. is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to lead the electrical design on projects of all sizes.

You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior engineers, and ensure outputs meet standards and project requirements. You should have a degree in electrical engineering with 6+ years in building services design, expert knowledge in lighting, power, fire/LF systems, and experience with Amtech/Relux.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with 6+ years Building Services consultancy design experience.
• Expert knowledge in Electrical design: Lighting, Small Power, Fire alarms, CCTV/Intruder, MV/LV, Containment, and BMS.
• Proficiency with Amtech and Relux/Dialux; BIM experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical design packages across all project stages with accurate, coordinated outputs.
• Contribute technical input from concept to construction.
• Coordinate activities with multidisciplinary teams to support delivery.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and support their development.
• Attend design meetings, site visits, and engage with clients.
